Discourse is a band from SLC,UT currently just released their follow up to their highly regarded E.P. on Dec. 14th, 2010 (SPARKS WITH OUR HANDS)

Discourse began refining their experimental-rock sound in the early fall of 2005. Comprised of Mike Henderson (vocals, drums, samples), Chase Dawes (bass), and Jordan Dawes (guitar, loops/midi), the power trio has released their debut EP almost three years later with the help of Jay Henderson (Band of Annuals) who produced the studio EP (2008). Two years later after writing and recording a full length CD and working with Salt Lake and Seattle based label SoundvsSilence they have released their first LP, Sparks With Our Hands.  By far, their most ambitious effort yet.

Discourse is dramatic, emotive and melodic, with haunting guitars that will echo in your bones.
